Every product you see on AloneDeals is sold and shipped by a third-party retailer such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and many others. When you click through and buy, the entire transaction — payment, invoice, delivery, warranty, cancellation and refund — is a contract between you and that retailer. AloneDeals is not a party to it.

Prices, offers and outcomes

We show offers in good faith, but we do not guarantee that a deal, discount or coupon will be honoured, that stock will be available, or that a purchase will meet your expectations. Any dispute about the product, its price, its delivery or its quality must be taken up with the retailer.

Your AloneDeals rewards wallet

Where AloneDeals runs its own rewards, points or referral programme, those balances are governed by the rules shown on the relevant page. In general: points and rewards have no cash value except as expressly offered on the site, may be adjusted or reversed if the underlying order is cancelled, returned or found to be fraudulent, and any withdrawal is subject to the minimum thresholds and verification checks in force at the time. We may update these rules to keep the programme fair and sustainable.

Paid memberships or plans

If you purchase an optional paid plan or membership directly from AloneDeals, the specific refund terms for that plan are shown at the point of purchase and will govern any refund request. If no specific term is stated, contact us and we will deal with your request fairly and reasonably.
